Whilst we have started to see a small number of patients in face-to-face clinics as restrictions have eased, we are still doing most of our appointments remotely. We have recently introduced virtual clinics, allowing the consultant, nurse or pharmacist to see and speak to the patient and their carer/s face-to-face, via video link. The platform the trust is using is called Attend Anywhere. We are hoping this will improve the quality of our clinics whilst ensuring people's safety during the pandemic.
